Office: Barbara will continue work on formatting, testing statement and label printing for monthly dues statements to be mailed today for three associations.
Operations: Continue with soil preparation, surface root removal and grading work at small area at end of Calico Ct. Pick-up small trees at Home Depot for positioning and planting at that location. This effort to replace many trees removed in prior years and some recently due to disease. Continue work on adult pool restroom #2: removal of wall drywall to facilitate install of plywood onto wall studs before new green drywall sheets are installed: this to discourage fist-punching drywall damage we experienced over the years. Today, much of the crew will be busy with clean-up of common areas for weekend: sidewalks, parking and landscape corridors, to name a few. Work shall continue on sloped and flat roof replacements at 754 Wagonwheel Cir. Check three day weather forecast and direct irrigation timing control cycles as weather conditions and predicted temperatures may require.
Maintenance: Continue sloped and flat roof replacement work on Wagonwheel Cir., including: base sheet on flat roof and drip edge metal. Complete metal flashing install at flash points. Begin pumping and application of hot roofing asphalt to laminate felt layers onto flat roof. Flat roof shall not be completed today, but shall be made watertight for weekend. Kettle shall remain for weekend if hot asphalt application not complete. Will be chained up and marked with yellow caution tape and cones. Otherwise, kettle shall be transported back to storage, which is always preferable over weekends.
